AlphaTweet provides an AI-powered personal assistant designed specifically for Twitter/X growth. We provide tools for composing, scheduling, analytics, and automation ("Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AlphaTweet assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You agree to use AlphaTweet strictly in compliance with Twitter's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. You will not use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse other users, or attempt to bypass any rate limits or restrictions set by Twitter or AlphaTweet.
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
AlphaTweet reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
